Intra Oral Part 2 | Virtual Training | July 7
This 3 hour class is a continuation of the 4 hour virtual Intra Oral class.
Please take the 4 hour class before registering for Part 2.
Symmetry & Stone
Facial Lymphatic Cupping & Cold Gua Sha for TMJ Integration
The silence held in the jaw often leaves a physical footprint—stagnation, inflammation, and a loss of facial symmetry. Designed as the vital follow-up to the Intra-Oral TMJ Intensive, this 3-hour course shifts the focus from deep structural release to the art of fluid integration and recovery. While intra-oral work breaks the "storm" of chronic tension, this session teaches the practitioner how to clear the debris.
Students will master the use of glass facial cups with suction bulbs, learning to apply precise negative pressure to stimulate lymphatic drainage and flush the metabolic waste released during deep tissue work. To ground the treatment, we introduce the application of cold gua sha stones, using thermal contrast to down-regulate the nervous system, reduce localized heat, and sculpt the face back into its natural alignment. This course is about the "aftercare" of the soul and the structure—ensuring that once the jaw is softened, the flow is restored and the symmetry of the face is reclaimed.
Learning Outcomes
- Execute Precise Lymphatic Clearance: Students will demonstrate proficiency in using glass bulb suction cups to prime and flush the facial lymphatic system, specifically targeting the submandibular and parotid nodes.
- Master Thermal Contrast Recovery: Students will apply cold gua sha stone techniques to effectively reduce post-treatment inflammation and "seal" the tissue after deep intra-oral interventions.
- Calibrate Negative Pressure: Students will show mastery over glass bulb ergonomics, adjusting suction levels to suit the delicate tissues of the face without causing ecchymosis.
- Restore Functional Symmetry: Students will utilize the combined modalities to assess and correct facial fluid imbalances, promoting a visible return to natural alignment and aesthetic balance.
-
Integrate Advanced Finishing Protocols: Students will be able to synthesize cupping and cold-stone work into a cohesive recovery sequence that enhances client comfort and long-term treatment efficacy.
3 CE hours
This is a live virtual training held via Google Meet
from 2pm to 5pm MST.
Your $200 registration includes access for two participants sharing one computer. You will practice the hands-on techniques with each other, offer feedback throughout the training, and have opportunities to demonstrate techniques for the instructor.
For this training you will need:
