Cancellation Policy

If you are traveling to attend a Body Artisan course or retreat, it is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance.

Email admin@thebodyartisans.com if you need to cancel.

We may be able to accommodate rescheduling instead of cancelling, but it is at our discretion.

Cancel 90+ days before the course or retreat start date and 75% of your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cancel 60-89 days before the course or retreat start date and 50% of your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cancel 30-59 days before the course or retreat start date and 25% of your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cancel less than 30 days before the course or retreat start date and no refund will be provided.
