Held at 1073 West C 48 Bushnell, FL 33513
10am to 4pm
Insomnia. Restlessness. The endless hum of a nervous system that forgot how to pause.
This deeply restorative training teaches therapists to guide clients out of fight or flight and into rest and digest.
Learn the 4-7-8 Relaxing Breath, calming acupressure points, and soothing myofascial rhythms designed to quiet the mind and unwind stored tension.
Discover how heat, weighted grounding, essential oil blends, and delta-wave sound therapy merge to create a sleep-inducing sensory experience.
You’ll also master the art of environment—how lighting, linens, and spatial flow can transform a treatment room into a sanctuary for nervous system repair and trauma release.
By the end, you’ll know how to perform a complete Sleep Therapy Massage protocol that restores balance, releases stored trauma, and truly resets the parasympathetic system.
